From Saturday’s Leap to Today’s Lesson: A Playbook for You

Hi Reader

Saturday’s Leadership Leap Live Experience was electric. For 90 minutes, we rolled up our sleeves and did the work—leaders naming their values under pressure, sharpening vision statements with AI, and leaving with 30-day action plans they could touch, test, and track. The breakthroughs were real, and the energy carried beyond the session.

Then today, disruption hit my own schedule. Meetings shifted, priorities collided, and frustration tried to creep in. Instead of letting it take over, I built something useful out of it: a Disruption Protocol Playbook. It’s a guide to help you pause, reset, and keep moving when your plans fall apart.

Inside, you’ll see how to breathe and reframe, how to triage what matters, how to build cushions into your week, how to stay human with kindness, how to turn breakdowns into upgrades, and how to reconnect with your deeper why. A rigid plan breaks under pressure. A flexible protocol bends, adapts, and thrives.

📎 Your Disruption Playbook

Disruptions will come—we can’t stop them. But we can choose how we meet them. My hope is that this playbook gives you something solid to reach for when the ground shifts beneath you.

Use it. Share it. Keep it close. And remember: you’re never navigating this alone.

We are better together,

Hi friends, We’ve all sat through them — meetings that drain energy, stall decisions, and leave everyone wondering, couldn’t this have been an email? But what if meetings weren’t the problem? What if they were the greatest untapped lever for leadership, trust, and transformation? That question sparked my new book, The Meeting Room, launching November 28.It’s a leadership story — part narrative, part guide — about a new team lead named Joan who discovers that running meetings isn’t about...

Hi friends, I wanted to take a moment to share where I am on this wild, beautiful journey with my new book:The Meeting Room. The manuscript is in its final stage of editing (cue the deep exhale). My beta readers have been generous and encouraging — their feedback confirms that this story is striking a chord with the leaders and facilitators it was written for. It hasn’t been easy. Writing this book has stretched me in every possible way — creatively, emotionally, and spiritually. But every...

Hi Reader, I wanted to share a quick story from a workshop I led on Saturday. Within minutes of starting, people began opening up about things that rarely get said out loud—confidence, mental health, self-belief. By the end, they were laughing, reflecting, and realizing they already had what it takes to lead with purpose. One of the participants said, “You made the space feel safe and human.” That meant everything to me—because it’s exactly what my new book The Meeting Room is about. It’s the...
